Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to, the following:

• E-Cards
• Digital Product Orders
• Physical Product Orders
• Courses

The only time a refund will be granted is if for some reason we cannot fill or complete an order. This does not apply to delayed shipping, including if a student needs to be rescheduled due to this.
